Connect a configured TallyPrime data source to a controlled internal Telegram workflow, helping authorised staff request account statements and management information without repetitive manual exports.
Quick answer: A Tally–Telegram connector links approved TallyPrime company data to controlled reporting commands in a private Telegram group. Reports can include party ledgers, receivable/payable balances, daybook and stock statements where those modules have been configured and reconciled. It is not an unrestricted public bot.

Show an account balance in business terms. A closing balance is not the same as invoice-wise overdue ageing.
Share date-specific transactions, voucher details, narrations and available inventory lines, subject to enabled report permissions.
Summarise item or group quantities for authorised staff; stock status depends on the freshness and completeness of synchronisation.
Configure scheduled JPG summaries for stock, payables and receivables, with a separately scoped daybook delivery.
Limit allowed groups, users, commands and companies; retain delivery logs and review incorrect or unmatched records.
/account 9000000000 — authorised mobile-to-ledger lookup. /daybook 03-10-2026 — date-specific daybook where configured. Other summaries and stock commands depend on the installed module and access configuration.
Illustrative number only. These are internal workflows; public website visitors cannot request confidential accounting reports.
TallyPrime's XML/HTTP connectivity requires the relevant company to be available, an approved connector path and correct permissions. Remote report access is provided through a restricted middleware integration. We do not recommend exposing the Tally HTTP service on a public WAN address. Telegram recipients must be authorised, with care around financial confidentiality and report retention.
Accuracy: Depending on the deployment, reports may read current balances or use synchronised voucher snapshots. A stale sync, missing voucher, incorrect mobile mapping or unsupported stock configuration can change the output. Setup and validation are required before promising real-time accuracy.
Yes, for authorised deployments with a working Tally mapping and report generator. Scope and accuracy must be tested against source records.
These are available as separately configured modules; particular formats and data freshness depend on the implementation and selected Tally company.
No. A secure deployment must check approved group IDs, staff access and the allowed command scope. Bot links alone must never grant account access.
