Client posting responsibility
Heyaansh prepares agreed post content, captions, creatives and posting guidance. The client must publish posts from their own official accounts and share live post links with Heyaansh for tracking and reporting. Heyaansh does not post directly on behalf of the client unless specifically agreed in writing with account access and authorisation. Direct posting by Heyaansh, if approved, is billed separately as an extra paid service.
No lead / ranking guarantee
Digital posting and SEO hygiene support improves consistency, visibility and technical readiness. It does not guarantee leads, enquiries, rankings, sales, conversions or platform approval. This service guarantees only the agreed posting preparation, update, setup and support work.
Start condition
Setup work begins after advance payment and required business details, logo/content, domain/hosting access and approval inputs are received.
Client access responsibility
The client must provide correct access to domain, hosting, email, social pages, Google profiles and other third-party tools wherever required for the agreed scope.
Revision and change control
Included revisions apply only within the agreed website/page/post scope. Additional layout, content, DNS, email, SEO, posting or technical changes are billed as post-handover support.
