COMMON QUESTIONS
What the connector does—and does not do.
Does TOC replace Tally?
No. TOC integrates with an authorised Tally environment. Tally remains the accounting system of record.
Can staff request accounts in Telegram?
Yes. Heyaansh's implemented internal workflow supports mobile-number/account-command lookups in its approved group, returning matching party information and ledger PDFs. Other deployments require configuration and testing.
Are payable/receivable amounts the same as overdue invoices?
No. The available summary uses a Tally ledger closing balance. Invoice-wise ageing, due dates and overdue amounts require separate bill-wise reconciliation and should not be inferred from that balance.
Are the exported PDFs complete live Tally statements?
TOC-formatted ledger PDFs may use synchronised voucher snapshots. Their completeness depends on successful sync coverage and reconciliation. The closing balance can be fetched live separately.
Can any visitor see a company's accounts?
No. The marketing page is public, but account access and connected services remain restricted to authorised company users and configured internal communication destinations.
