Heyaansh publishes service information, operating checklists, short video insights, brochures, manuals and governance documents. Content is intended to help readers define requirements and identify the next practical action.
Preparation and review
Content is prepared by the Heyaansh Industrial Solutions Content Team. Operational insight pages are technically reviewed by Varun Ramsisaria. Review checks scope, factual consistency, unsupported claims, commercial limitations and links to the relevant service.
Evidence and claims
Claims should be based on company records, public documents, manufacturer information, applicable standards or clearly identified operational experience. Prices, stock, dispatch, certifications, performance and project suitability must be reconfirmed when they are variable or project-specific.
Dates, publication and review controls
Each Video Insight record carries a draft date, publication date, modified date and last-reviewed date. Publication and review dates must reflect actual workflow events. A material change to technical guidance, service scope or a cited fact updates the modified and reviewed dates; cosmetic edits do not create false freshness.
Revision controls
Initial publication uses content version 1.0. Minor reviewed changes use 1.1, 1.2 and later increments. A substantial rewrite or changed operational recommendation may use 2.0. Revision notes must state what changed, while correction status records whether a material correction has been made.
Entity and accountability controls
Video Insight pages reuse stable schema entity identifiers for the Heyaansh publisher, content team and technical reviewer. Visible names, profile links, publication dates, review dates and correction routes must match their machine-readable structured data.
AI-assisted content controls
AI tools may assist drafting, classification or formatting. Public content remains subject to human review. AI-generated statements are not treated as evidence, and machine-readable files such as llms.txt must remain consistent with the canonical website and sitemap.
Corrections
Send corrections to info@heyaansh.in with the page URL, disputed statement and supporting evidence. Substantive corrections should be reflected in the page and its review date.
Commercial and professional limitations
Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding quotation, engineering design, statutory approval, legal opinion, employment commitment or guaranteed outcome. Project decisions require current specifications, site conditions and written scope confirmation.
