Container Bunkhouses & Workforce Accommodation

Plan a transportable bunkhouse or labour-accommodation container around occupancy, ventilation, circulation and the actual site. Heyaansh coordinates the proposed fabrication configuration against an approved buyer brief.

Who is this for?

For industrial contractors, construction projects, logistics yards and factory site teams that need a defined accommodation space rather than a generic empty container.

What needs to be decided before fabrication?

These are quotation and design decisions, not assumed standard inclusions. Site conditions and written drawing approvals determine the final offer.

Occupancy and circulation

Share sleeping capacity, bunk arrangement, clear aisle width and door/exit strategy. Final occupancy depends on approved layout and relevant site/fire requirements.

Roof, walls and comfort

Choose suitable insulation, shading, windows, ventilation and electrical provisions. Air-conditioning and passive cooling are scoped separately.

Services and amenities

Confirm whether toilet, shower, pantry, storage, fire-safety equipment and furnishings are within the order or supplied separately.

Transport and site interface

Share access-road widths, crane/unloading plan, foundations/support points and service connections before freezing dimensions.

Quotation input checklist

  1. How many occupants and beds per module, and are beds included?
  2. Site city, internal height, preferred length/width and available unloading access
  3. AC or non-AC configuration, insulation and fresh-air expectations
  4. Toilet/shower requirement and whether plumbing is inside or a separate unit
  5. Electrical load, emergency egress, site-specific approvals and delivery deadline

Frequently asked buyer questions

Can a 40-foot container be used as a bunkhouse?

A 40-foot platform is one possible starting point. Actual accommodation capacity is not determined by length alone: bunks, passages, exits, ventilation, sanitary facilities and the applicable site rules must be resolved first.

Do you publish a price per bed?

No fixed price per bed is quoted here. Shell condition, openings, finishes, MEP work, fittings, transport and site interfaces materially change the scope. Request an itemised specification and quotation.

Can the bunkhouse be moved later?

Mobility depends on the design, lift points, gross lifted weight, transport envelope and how site connections are disconnected. Move frequency should be declared at the beginning of design.
