Reportable matters

Fraud, theft, bribery, conflicts of interest, falsification, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, child or forced labour, unsafe work, environmental violations, data misuse, privacy breaches, abuse of authority, serious policy violations or concealment of material facts.

Reporting channels

Email info@heyaansh.in with the subject β€œConfidential Ethics Report”, write to the Registered Office, or report to authorised HR/Management. A woman seeking the statutory POSH route may complain directly to the applicable Internal Committee; any person may use the gender-neutral workplace-harassment reporting route. Immediate safety, security or criminal matters should use the fastest appropriate channel.

Intake and service target

The recommended service standard is acknowledgement within three working days and conclusion or a status update within thirty days, depending on complexity and legal requirements. Anonymous reports may be reviewed where sufficient information is available, although anonymity may limit verification and feedback.

Investigation principles

Use an impartial investigator with no material conflict; protect information on a need-to-know basis while allowing a fair response; preserve relevant records; prohibit evidence tampering; and document findings, corrective action and appropriate communication.

Fairness and confidentiality

A report does not prove misconduct. Persons affected will receive fair process appropriate to the issue. Information will be shared only with persons reasonably required to assess, investigate, decide or comply with law.

No retaliation

Retaliation, threats, adverse treatment, intimidation or interference because of a good-faith report, cooperation or refusal to participate in wrongdoing are prohibited. Knowingly false or malicious allegations may be addressed through due process; an unproven good-faith concern is not misconduct.

Controlled public document: HIPL-POL-ETH-007, Version 1.1. Detailed internal procedures, statutory workplace notices, committee constitution orders and site-specific controls may be maintained separately.
