Scope
This Code applies to suppliers, contractors, labour providers, consultants, agents and subcontractors supplying goods or services to Heyaansh or working at Heyaansh or customer sites.
Labour and human rights
No child labour, forced or bonded labour, trafficking, recruitment fees, unlawful document retention, harassment, discrimination or retaliation.
Pay lawful wages and statutory contributions; maintain working-time, rest, identity and employment records; and provide safe accommodation where supplied. Requirements must flow down to subcontractors.
Safety and environment
Provide competent supervision, training, safe equipment, PPE, permits, isolation and incident reporting. Comply with site rules, environmental permits, waste handling, spill prevention and lawful disposal requirements.
Where consultants, freelancers or contractors use their own tools or equipment at a Heyaansh-controlled location, they remain responsible for competent operation, routine inspection and immediate reporting of defects. Heyaansh may prescribe minimum site controls and may sponsor approved safety gear, guards, tools or other risk controls required for Heyaansh work.
Welding, cutting and other hot work at a Heyaansh-controlled site requires prior authorisation, removal or protection of combustible material, suitable eye and face protection, fire protection, ventilation, safe electrical or gas equipment and completion of the applicable internal hot-work checklist.
Serious incidents must be reported immediately, with cooperation in investigation and corrective action.
Ethics and commercial integrity
Bribery, kickbacks, false invoices, collusion, bid sharing, improper gifts and undisclosed conflicts are prohibited. Records must be accurate, and bank or payment changes must be independently verifiable.
Quality, confidentiality and data security
Goods and services must meet approved specifications, testing, traceability and change-control requirements. Protect company, customer and personal data, restrict access and report privacy or security incidents promptly.
Return or securely delete data and assets when instructed or at contract end.
Verification and consequences
Heyaansh may request records, audit evidence, assessments and corrective-action plans. Serious, repeated or uncorrected violations may result in suspension, removal from site, withholding of approval, termination, recovery or lawful reporting.
