Scope
This Code applies to suppliers, contractors, labour providers, consultants, agents and subcontractors supplying goods or services to Heyaansh or working at Heyaansh or customer sites.
Labour and human rights
No child labour, forced or bonded labour, trafficking, recruitment fees, unlawful document retention, harassment, discrimination or retaliation.
Pay lawful wages and statutory contributions; maintain working-time, rest, identity and employment records; and provide safe accommodation where supplied. Requirements must flow down to subcontractors.
Safety and environment
Provide competent supervision, training, safe equipment, PPE, permits, isolation and incident reporting. Comply with site rules, environmental permits, waste handling, spill prevention and lawful disposal requirements.
Serious incidents must be reported immediately, with cooperation in investigation and corrective action.
Ethics and commercial integrity
Bribery, kickbacks, false invoices, collusion, bid sharing, improper gifts and undisclosed conflicts are prohibited. Records must be accurate, and bank or payment changes must be independently verifiable.
Quality, confidentiality and data security
Goods and services must meet approved specifications, testing, traceability and change-control requirements. Protect company, customer and personal data, restrict access and report privacy or security incidents promptly.
Return or securely delete data and assets when instructed or at contract end.
Verification and consequences
Heyaansh may request records, audit evidence, assessments and corrective-action plans. Serious, repeated or uncorrected violations may result in suspension, removal from site, withholding of approval, termination, recovery or lawful reporting.
