Official hiring controls and protection against false offers, unauthorised agents and candidate fees.

No recruitment fee

Heyaansh does not charge candidates for applying, interviewing, assessment, offer issuance, employment or joining. No candidate should pay money, deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency or personal transfers to obtain a Heyaansh job.

Authorised offers

No employee, consultant or third party may issue an offer, use Heyaansh branding or collect money or documents on Heyaansh behalf without written authority.

A genuine offer should identify the legal employer, role, work location, employment category, compensation or approved schedule, joining conditions and an authorised signatory.

Warning signs

Payment or deposit requests, offers without role verification or interview, free-email or look-alike domains, requests for passwords or OTPs, pressure to act secretly or immediately, and requests to install unknown software.

Candidate verification

Candidates should independently verify a suspicious vacancy or offer through info@heyaansh.in or +91 90030 48815 before sending sensitive documents, resigning from current employment or making any payment.

Company response

Where fraud is suspected, Heyaansh may withdraw unauthorised material, notify affected candidates, preserve evidence, secure compromised accounts and report the matter to platforms, banks or authorities.

Reporting

Forward suspicious messages, payment requests, websites or offer letters to info@heyaansh.in. Do not disclose passwords, OTPs or complete banking credentials. Good-faith reporting will not result in retaliation.

Detailed internal procedures, statutory workplace notices, committee constitution orders and site-specific controls may be maintained separately. Applicable law prevails where it requires a different or more beneficial standard. Printed or downloaded copies are uncontrolled unless independently verified against the current website version.
