Commitment

Heyaansh respects dignity, voluntary employment, lawful working conditions, freedom of movement and a workplace free from unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation. These expectations apply to employees, contractors, labour providers and suppliers.

Child labour

Heyaansh will not employ any person below 18 years of age and will verify age before joining. Contractors and suppliers must follow the same standard.

If a suspected under-age worker is identified, work will stop safely and the matter will be escalated for lawful, child-sensitive remediation without exposing the person to further harm.

Forced and bonded labour

Forced labour, bonded labour, slavery, trafficking, coercive prison labour, recruitment deposits, threats, coercive overtime and restriction of lawful movement are prohibited.

Original identity documents must not be retained except for brief lawful verification and immediate return. Workers may leave employment subject only to lawful notice obligations.

Recruitment and fair treatment

No candidate may be charged a recruitment fee. Violence, degrading treatment, intimidation, harassment, discrimination and retaliation are prohibited. Wages, working time, rest, statutory contributions and safety must meet applicable requirements.

Supply-chain assurance

Contracts and due diligence should communicate these requirements. Heyaansh may request records, conduct proportionate assessments and require corrective action. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension, termination or lawful reporting.

Reporting and remediation

Concerns may be reported confidentially to info@heyaansh.in. Good-faith reporting is protected. Heyaansh will assess credible concerns, preserve relevant records and pursue proportionate remediation.
