Purpose and scope
This policy applies to email, SMS, telephone calls, WhatsApp and similar messaging, social-media direct messages, newsletters, marketing automation and bulk communication sent using Heyaansh names, domains, numbers, systems, lists or data.
Recipient basis
Promotional communication may be sent only through authorised systems where Heyaansh has documented consent, registration, a permitted business relationship or another lawful basis.
Purchased, scraped, harvested or unlawfully shared contact lists must not be used. Transactional, safety, service, legal and employment messages must not be misleadingly presented as marketing.
Sender and content standards
Sender identity, company name, contact details, subject and purpose must be accurate. Impersonation, spoofing, phishing, concealed origin, misleading urgency, malicious links and deceptive claims are prohibited.
Bulk campaigns, mailing lists, automated messages and high-volume outreach require prior approval from the authorised business and IT owner. Personal accounts or unapproved tools must not be used for company campaigns.
Opt-out and suppression
Promotional messages must provide a clear and practical opt-out or consent-withdrawal method. Opt-out, suppression and do-not-contact records must be honoured promptly and must not be deleted to permit re-contact.
To opt out, use the method in the message, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE where supported, or email info@heyaansh.in.
List and recipient protection
Recipient addresses must be protected using approved campaign systems, BCC where appropriate and role-based access. Customer and prospect lists are confidential company information and must not be copied or shared for unrelated use.
Complaints and security incidents
Spam complaints, delivery blocks, domain-reputation warnings, phishing, compromised accounts and unauthorised campaigns must be reported promptly to info@heyaansh.in. Heyaansh may quarantine messages, suspend accounts, preserve logs and restrict sending while investigating.
Third parties and enforcement
Agencies, vendors and employees sending communication for Heyaansh must follow this policy. The business owner remains accountable for approved content, recipient source and opt-out handling. Violations may lead to loss of communication privileges, disciplinary or vendor action, and legal escalation after due process.
