Zero tolerance
No director, employee, consultant, agent, supplier or other person acting for Heyaansh may offer, promise, authorise, request, give or accept a bribe, kickback, facilitation payment or improper advantage.
Public and private dealings
The prohibition applies to government officials and private-sector persons and covers improper influence relating to contracts, permits, inspections, payments, confidential information, recruitment, procurement or any other business advantage.
Gifts and hospitality
Cash and cash-equivalent gifts are prohibited. Modest customary hospitality must be lawful, reasonable, infrequent, transparent and connected to a legitimate business purpose.
Anything above the approved threshold, involving a government official or creating an appearance of influence requires prior written approval and registration.
Third parties and transactions
Use proportionate due diligence before appointing agents, consultants, intermediaries and high-risk suppliers. Contracts should prohibit bribery and permit corrective or termination action.
Invoices, commissions, discounts, donations, expenses and payments must be accurately described and supported. Off-book accounts, false invoices and disguised payments are prohibited.
Conflicts, refusal and records
Personal, family, financial or outside interests must be disclosed. No person will be penalised for refusing a bribe or improper payment or raising a good-faith concern, even if business is delayed or lost. Relevant approvals and records must be preserved.
Reporting and investigation
Suspected demands, offers, payments, concealment or retaliation may be reported to info@heyaansh.in. Heyaansh may suspend transactions, preserve records, investigate, recover losses and report matters to authorities after due process.
